Our client in beautiful East Texas is seeking Clinical Laboratory Scientists for their hospital laboratory. Qualified Candidates must have a BS Degree in Medical Technology or related science. ASCP/AMT certification and experience as a Medical Technologist is preferred. This position offers competitive compensation and great benefits.
Responsibilities of the Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)
- Abide by laboratory protocol and procedures.
- Comfortable in a high-volume setting.
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment and testing to perform quality control checks and troubleshooting of instrumentation.
Requirements of the Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)
- ASCP or equivalent certification required
- BS Degree in Medical Technology or related science required
- Comfortable working in all areas of the lab.
