Skills:
- Oversees cost report preparation and analyzes the impact of proposed changes and implements new alterations.
- Gathers data in preparations of the Medicaid and Medicare cost reports and seeks outside consultants as necessary.
- Reviews wage index and recommends changes.
- Prepares the quarterly cost report settlement estimates and makes revisions to reflect regulatory changes.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement is preferred
