The ideal candidate is a healthcare professional who is also a certified diabetes educator or eligible. Minimum of 6 months experience providing diabetes education. Relocation Offered!

Responsibilities of the Diabetes Educator:
- Discerning cases of prospective and fully-fledged diabetes.
- Issuing diabetes-related treatment and monitoring adherence thereto.
- Educating patients and their families on appropriate diabetes-related care.
- Underscoring the significance of pertinent lifestyle changes.
- Strengthening existing multidisciplinary networks through active and respectful collaboration.
- Bolstering internal and collaborative advocacy campaigns.
Requirements of the Diabetes Educator:
- Certified Diabetes Educator or eligible
- At least 6 months of experience as a diabetes educator
- Credentialed as a diabetes education specialist or diabetes clinical management specialist is preferred.
- Education and/or experience in/with chronic disease and disease self-management.
