Interested candidates should have 2+ years of hospice sales experience. Proven ability to manage a sales territory. Proven ability to generate and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities of the Hospice Director of Business Development
- Conduct outside sales calls, meeting sales quota and conversion ration requirements.
- Promote and position programs and services to medical professional, Hiring, orientations, retention, evaluations, discipline, counseling and termination.
- Serve as a role model and set an example for nursing staff.
