Clinical Laboratory Supervisor
Our client in Southeastern New Mexico is seeking an experienced Generalist to join their laboratory and serve as a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor. Ideal candidates will be MT or MLT and hold ASCP or AMT certification to be considered for this role.
Previous experience supervisory experience is strongly preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of generalist experience is required. This will be a working supervisory role, supporting the bench will be expected.
Responsibilities of the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor
- Oversight of laboratory protocol and procedures
- Provides information for patient diagnosis and treatment by supervising and performing laboratory tests in core laboratory
- Able to use various types of machinery, lab equipment, and complex computer programs to perform the test.
Requirements of the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor:
- ASCP certification or national equivalent
- Trained in an accredited MT/MLT program
- Working Supervisor - will actively have bench responsibilities
