Bachelor's Degree with knowledge Lean, Six Sigma and a professional certification is preferred. 5+ years of acute-care hospital experience in quality, patient safety, risk, performance improvement and regulatory is required.
Requirements of the Risk Quality Manager:
- Bachelor's degree with clinical experience
- 5+ years of acute-care hospital experience
- Professional certification such as CPHQ, CPPS and/or CPHRM is preferred
- Knowledge and experience in Lean Six Sigma
