Radius' client in majestic Tennessee is seeking a Full Time Permanent Section Chief for their medical laboratory. This is an excellent management opportunity within an acute setting for the right experienced candidate. The ideal candidate will be experienced, certified and a TN licensed (MT) Medical Technologist with very heavy blood banking experience.
Responsibilities of the Section Chief of Transfusion
- Experienced MT with heavy blood banking
- Technical management of the Transfusion section of an acute setting
- Responsible for maintenance of policies and QA
Requirements of the Section Chief of Transfusion
- ASCP or equivalent certification
- TN state licensure
- Degree in a related field
- Travel every fourth weekend
