Seeking a RN Educator-Medical Unit for the Hospital setting in the beautiful state of Vermont. Interested candidates should have 7+ years of clinical experience in the hospital setting including 3+ years in the acute/medical-surgical specific experience. Previous educational nursing instructor experience is preferred. MSN is required. Highly competitive pay and benefits.
Requirements of the ER Nurse Educator:

7+ years of clinical experience in the hospital setting

3+ years in the Acute Care/Medical-Surgical Setting

Fully proficient in all areas covered in Basic Integrated Nursing General Orientation; able to instruct independently.
- MSN is required
- Previous experience designing, facilitating, and validating education or training experiences required.
Responsibilities of the RN Educator:
- The Clinical Educator functions as a leader in education, a staff development resource, and mentor.
- Supports collaboration between the academic and practice settings.
- Supports continuous learning and professional development through provision of in-services; education program development, implementation, and evaluation; and competency assessment.
- Promotes and demonstrates evidence-based practice.
