Clinical Laboratory Client Services Supervisor
Our client located west of Los Angeles, California is seeking a Supervisor to oversee Client Services for their Laboratory and Pathology departments. This is a full-time, permanent placement opportunity that offers a Monday – Friday, day shift schedule and offers competitive compensation, and an excellent benefits plan.
Responsibilities of the Clinical Laboratory Client Services Supervisor
- Support/Supervise a group of laboratory staff to include Laboratory Technicians and Clinical Laboratory Scientists
- Manage financials – obtaining quotes, billing, reporting test results
- Responsible for unit operations, clinical testing requirements, and ensure compliance
- Actively collaborate with clients, researchers, manage clinical trials, and other special projects
Requirements of the Clinical Laboratory Client Services Supervisor
- Experience in Clinical Laboratory Client Services/Receiving
- Three-to-Five years of previous supervisory experience of a minimum of 10 FTEs, 3 years of supervisory experience
- Flexibility to respond to issues that occur outside of normal work schedule
- Ability to build relationships and serve as a liaison within departments and with clients
