Our client is seeking a Director of Service Excellence to oversee the service excellence program at a well known Hospital in Vermont. This program will assure the organization provides safe, high quality, patient-centered care. Master's degree preferred with 5+ years of leadership experience in quality, risk, clinical or related field with 3+ years of experience in patient experience. License or certification is required.
Requirements of the Director of Service Excellence
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of quality, risk, clinical leadership experience
- 3+ year of experience in patient experience
- Experience in data analysis and report preparation
- License or certificate required (CPXP, ANCC, PMP, CPPS or CPHQ)
