Director of Imaging Services – Quality, Safety & Accreditation
Location: Southwest Florida
Schedule: Full-Time, Days
Pay: $45.00 – $61.00/hour
A leading healthcare system in Southwest Florida is seeking a Director of Imaging Services to lead quality, safety, and accreditation initiatives across inpatient and outpatient radiology. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative and mission-driven environment — all in a beautiful Gulf Coast location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee imaging safety, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement system-wide
- Lead cross-functional teams to enhance standards and patient care
- Ensure compliance with DNV, ACR, ACHA, MQSA, and other accrediting bodies
- Educate teams on policies, data trends, and best practices
- Develop strategies for ongoing performance improvement and audit readiness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred
- ARRT certification required
- CPPS or CPHQ certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
- Experience in radiology quality and accreditation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills
