Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time

$40 – $51 per hour + Sign-On + Relocation
A growing healthcare system in Southwestern Arizona is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join its rehabilitation team.

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Address ADLs, IADLs, cognition, upper extremity function, and mobility
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and discharge planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Complete documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Supervise COTAs and therapy support staff as appropriate
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Arizona OT license (or eligible)
- NBCOT certification
- BLS certification
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- $40– $51 per hour
- Sign-On Bonus:
$10,000 (2-year commitment)
- Relocation Assistance:
$5,000 (2-year)
- Three months temporary housing provided (taxable benefit)
