Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care, including physical exams, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients from infancy through adolescence.
- Manage common childhood illnesses and chronic conditions with a focus on education and preventive health.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Utilize electronic medical records (Epic EMR) for documentation and care planning.
- Maintain strong communication with families, offering guidance, reassurance, and resources.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing with certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Current or eligible state nurse practitioner licensure.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates with a passion for pediatric care are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time position, 4x10-hour days per week.
- Competitive base salary with RVU production and quality incentives.
- $20,000 commencement bonus.
