Join a mission-driven rehab team in one of California’s most stunning mountain communities. We’re seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support high-quality patient care in a collaborative, supportive setting. Enjoy a balanced schedule of 4x10-hour shifts (Mon–Thurs or Tues–Sat) with occasional inpatient weekend call.
What You’ll Need
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Active California PTA license
- BLS (or ability to obtain within 2 months)
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Basic computer proficiency; ability to learn clinical software
Compensation & Schedule
- $34–$45/hr (experience-based)
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Full-time 4x10s, 8:00am–6:30pm
