Physical Therapist / Outpatient Rehabilitation
A growing outpatient rehabilitation organization in Central Oklahoma is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join its clinical team. This is a permanent outpatient opportunity offering a $75,000 to $90,000 base salary, plus the opportunity to earn up to an additional $32,000 annually through a productivity-based incentive program. Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy plans of care.
- Provide evidence-based treatment for orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, balance, mobility, and other musculoskeletal conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical findings and functional goals.
- Educate patients and families regarding rehabilitation goals, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation and healthcare professionals.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered outpatient care.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Oklahoma Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Oklahoma licensure.
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient-care skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an outpatient rehabilitation environment.
Experience
- New graduates are welcome.
- Experienced Physical Therapists are also encouraged to apply.
- Previous outpatient experience is a plus but not required.
- Clinical mentorship and professional development support are available.
Compensation
- Base salary: $75,000 to $90,000 annually
- Productivity incentive: up to an additional $32,000 annually
- Potential total annual compensation: up to $122,000, depending on base salary and individual productivity
