Physical Therapist / Outpatient Rehabilitation
A growing outpatient rehabilitation organization in North Texas is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join its clinical team. This permanent outpatient opportunity offers a $75,000 to $90,000 base salary, plus the opportunity to earn up to an additional $32,000 annually through a productivity-based incentive program. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Provide evidence-based treatment for orthopedic, post-surgical, musculoskeletal, balance, and mobility-related conditions.
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans according to clinical findings and functional goals.
- Educate patients and families regarding rehabilitation goals, home exercise programs, wellness, and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered outpatient care.
Schedule
Full-time, permanent outpatient position with a Monday through Friday schedule. Specific daily hours will be discussed during the screening process.
Qualifications
DPT or equivalent legacy Physical Therapy degree from a CAPTE-accredited program. Candidates must hold a current Texas Physical Therapist license or be eligible to obtain Texas licensure. CPR certification or willingness to obtain it as required is also needed. New graduates are welcome, and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply. Previous outpatient experience is helpful but not required.
Compensation
$75,000 to $90,000 base salary, plus up to $32,000 in additional annual productivity incentives, creating potential total annual compensation of up to $122,000 depending on base salary and individual productivity.
