Physical Therapist / Outpatient Rehabilitation
A growing outpatient rehabilitation organization in Northeast Florida is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join its clinical team. This is a permanent outpatient opportunity offering a $85,000 to $95,000 annual salary, flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and strong opportunities for clinical and professional growth. Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy plans of care.
- Provide evidence-based treatment for a variety of orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, balance, and mobility-related conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
- Educate patients and families regarding rehabilitation goals, home exercises, and injury prevention.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation and healthcare professionals.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered outpatient care.
- Participate in ongoing clinical education and professional development.
Schedule
- Full-time, permanent position

Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Florida licensure.
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient-care skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an outpatient environment.
Experience
- Experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
- New graduates will be considered.
- Previous outpatient experience is helpful but not required.
Compensation
- $85,000 to $95,000 annually
