ur client located in Coastal California is seeking a RN Manager to oversee Surgical Services within a Critical Access Hospital.
BSN is preferred. Previous OR and PACU experience is preferred, CNOR certification is also preferred. Knowledge of Critical Access Hospital (CAH) operations experience would be preferred.

JOB SUMMARY
The Manager is responsible for all paramedical activities and total nursing care delivered within the Perioperative Services Department. The Manager supervises and directs nursing care and all related activities of the perioperative area, according to the policies and procedures of the hospital and departments in order to assure the highest quality of patient care: included responsibility for environment, staff personnel, materials and equipment control. Analyzes and evaluates nursing care in the departments, provides for continuing education for all personnel and orientation for new personnel.
