Job Description:
Senior Living/Rehab Facility in sought after Chicago, IL area is in search of an LTC/Skilled Assistant Nursing Director. The ideal candidate has five years of clinical experience in the field with previous supervisor experience in skilled nursing. Reports to the Director of Nursing. Client is setting up interviews now. You will be offered a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
Salary Range- $90k-95k/year!
Job Responsibilities for the ADON Position:
Involves responsibility for providing professional nursing treatment and care to residents according to established rules, regulations and standard practices of the profession.
A substantial amount of time is spent supervising the work of other nurses and nursing personnel.
Assistance in the day-to-day operations in the Nursing
Department.
- Assist in managing and leading all nursing personnel operations.
- Develop short and long-term goals for the entire nursing department.
- Plan and oversee admission, nursing, and patient care processes.
Requirements for the Skilled Nursing/Rehab RN Director:
- BSN is preferred, not required.
- Five years of Long-Term Care nursing experience.
- Supervisory experience is highly preferred
