Your Role:

As a Civil Litigation Attorney at our firm, you will play a vital role in representing clients in legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, and providing expert legal advice. First-Party Property experience is preferred, and you'll be responsible for managing a caseload from inception to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Advise clients on legal transactions and strategies
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
• Perform administrative and management tasks related to your caseload

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree and active Florida Bar membership
• Previous experience in civil litigation, preferably with First-Party Property experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
   
  Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
