Job Description:

Are you an experienced Clinical Manager / LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC looking for an exciting opportunity to serve children, youth, and families in San Francisco, CA? We are currently  seeking highly skilled and dedicated, full-time Clinical Manager. They will be responsible for overseeing the  clinical operations of the crisis response team and the delivery of behavioral health, ensuring high-quality patient care. As a Clinical Manager you will have the opportunity to problem-solve, build relationships with community partners, and supervise clinical staff to support and achieve program outcomes. 2 years of clinical/administrative supervision experience is required.

Responsibilities of the Clinical Manager:

  • Supervises care staff, assists in the allocation of caseloads, coordinates activities related to mental health and crisis, and completes performance evaluations
  • Provides leadership in training and oversight of crisis response team
  • Actively participates in meetings, case reviews, supervisory sessions, etc.  
  • Participates in patient care by developing plans for provision and services
  • Assessment and case management, planning, including revision of care plans for patients not progressing, collaborating with billing provider via participation in psych consults
  • Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously  

Minimum Requirements of the Clinical Manager:

  • Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
  • 2 years of clinical supervisory/administrative in the realm of Behavioral Health
  • California licensed or eligible to obtain
