Job Responsibilities for the Peds ER Nurse Manager

• Managing Clinical Unit
• Participates in the unit Budget and monitoring the units' compliance and standards.
• Determines appropriate staffing levels.

Requirements for the RN Manager-Pediatric Emergency Room

• Registered Nurse   
• 3+ years of recent Emergency Department Nursing experience OR Pediatrics Critical Care
• 2+ years of Supervisory RN level experience
