Job Description:

Our client located in Bentonville, Arkansas is seeking a full-time, permanent CRNA to join an established practice. This employed position consists of a general caseload and includes peds, OB, and spine - no cardiac cases. The ideal candidate is an experienced CRNA that is comfortable working collaboratively with medical and professional staff to provide high-quality care.

Responsibilities of the CRNA

  • Develop and execute an effective anesthetic plan.
  • Manage the patient's airway and respiratory status.
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after a medical procedure.
  • Prepare operating rooms, set up equipment, layout supplies, and prepare necessary gases.
  • Perform regular patient visits and legibly record findings in the patient records.
  • Request and assess diagnostic tests.
  • Remain up-to-date with the latest advances in the anesthesia field including the introduction of new medical equipment and techniques.
  • Infrequent back up call or no call

Minimum Requirements of the CRNA

  • Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs
  • Certified / Recertified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists
  • At least one year of experience
  • Georgia license or eligible to obtain
