As a Dentist in our practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dental services and helping to enhance the overall oral health of our community four (4) days per week.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough dental examinations, diagnose oral health conditions, and provide a wide range of treatments, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and restorative procedures.
- Develop and present personalized treatment plans that address each patient’s unique needs and preferences. Ensure patients are well-informed and comfortable with their treatment choices.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients by providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Create a welcoming and comfortable environment that puts patients at ease.
- Work closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth practice operations. Provide leadership and guidance to maintain the highest standards of clinical care.
- Follow all established clinical protocols, including infection control, patient safety, and specialty referral guidelines, to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
Must-Haves for the Role:
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.
- A current, unrestricted dental license to practice in Georgia.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in performing routine dental procedures, including exams, cleanings, and restorative treatments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment plans and educate patients effectively.
- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining professional excellence.
