Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed dental examinations, diagnose oral health conditions, and perform a variety of treatments, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and restorative procedures.
- Develop and present personalized treatment plans that meet each patient’s specific needs. Ensure patients are well-informed and comfortable with their treatment options.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients by providing compassionate, patient-focused care. Create a welcoming and comfortable environment that puts patients at ease.
- Collaborate closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth and efficient practice operations. Provide leadership and guidance to uphold the highest standards of clinical care.
- Follow established clinical protocols, including infection control, patient safety, and specialty referral guidelines, to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
Must-Haves for the Role:
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.
- A current, unrestricted dental license to practice in Ohio.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in performing routine dental procedures, including exams, cleanings, and restorative treatments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain treatment plans and educate patients.
- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining professional excellence.
