Minimum Requirements for the Director of Outpatient Mental Health Services:
- Actively licensed LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD
- At least 5 years of experience in the following areas: contract negotiation, healthcare operations, financial oversight, supervision of staff, executive leadership, advancing programs and services
- Start up program development and revenue generation expertise
Responsibilities of the Director of Outpatient Mental Health Services:
- Build grow and lead the development of new business
- Operational and program oversight
- Coordinate with leadership on financials, goals, and contract negotiations
- Supervise staff to ensure services are delivered
