Our client located in Breathtaking Coastal Maine is seeking a RN Director to oversee OB, ER, Med/Surg and Infusion Services. This is for a small rural hospital. Sign-On and Relocation.

Job Responsibilities of the RN Director:
The Director reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and is accountable for twenty four hour Patient Focused management of the Medical-Surgical, ER, Infusion Services and OB. Responsibilities include the direction of age appropriate service line activities, staffing, scheduling and resource allocation for clinical care of patients, critical evaluation and administrative decision making within evidence based standards of care, policies and procedures as well as other duties assigned by the Chief Nursing Officer. Position requires the ability to develop and maintain a highly functional team of professionals with Patient Centered focus on Quality & Safety.
Minimum Requirements for the RN Director:
- BSN or actively pursuing required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Excellent understanding of Patient Centered Care
- 5+ years of Clinical Nursing, 2+ years in a leadership role
