Are you a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant looking to make a positive impact in the Bakersfield community? We are currently seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to join our client’s team near Bakersfield, CA.   • Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions
  • Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Work closely with a team of experienced healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and patient-centered care to our diverse patient population.

Minimum Requirements for the FNP/PA Opportunity:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
  • Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Current CA state license or eligible to obtain
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience working in primary care or family medicine is preferred.
