Job Description:

Are you an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) looking to make a difference in the Sacramento community? Our client is seeking an LCSW to join their team and provide high-quality mental health services to those in need. Work alongside others who share in the culture of accountability at this Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home. The ideal candidate has 1-5 years of experience, is Bilingual (Spanish speaking), and is California licensed.

LCSW Skills Required:

  • Master's degree in Social Work and be a licensed clinical social worker in the state of California or eligible to obtain
  • Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience working with diverse populations and possess advanced skills in individual, group, and family counseling.

  • As an LCSW in the organization, you will provide clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and offer comprehensive services that include crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy.
  • Your main focus will be providing therapeutic interventions to individuals and groups with mental health issues.
