Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to oversee a 90 bed Assistant Living Community. This is located in the beautiful state of Vermont. Work a desirable M-F position. RN with prior long-term care facility experience is preferred. Client is setting up interviews now!

Requirements:
- Registered RN
- Previous LTC/Skilled Living clinical experience
- Previous supervisory experience
Summary of the Position-RN Supervisor LTC/Assisted Living:
- Handle all supervisory duties for assigned unit
- Plan, assign and direct job duties of the staff
- Help establish and implement employee policies and procedures
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Develop and complete staff trainings as needed
- Review Resident records & quality of care
- Complete audits as assigned to ensure regulatory compliance
- Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families
- Conduct staff evaluations per schedule
- Reward and discipline staff as necessary
