Job Description:
Our client located in Beautiful Arizona is seeking an ONSITE Chief Compliance Officer in the Healthcare Setting. Advance degree in healthcare administration, law, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of healthcare compliance experience is required.
Live in one of the fastest growing cities in Arizona. Area is famous for its world class fishing and hunting opportunities. Enjoy thousands of acres of National Forest land as well as over 50 lakes and streams in the area. Also well known for hiking, camping, biking and skiing!
Job Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations and industry standards, including HIPAA, Stark, Anti-Kickback and False Claims Act.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be proficient in the hospital time-keeping system.
Requirements:
- Advance degree in healthcare administration, law, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of healthcare compliance experience is required.
