Job Description:
Our client located in Beautiful Arizona is seeking an ONSITE Recruiter for Provider/Physician recruitment and onboarding processes. Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of Provider recruiting is required. Rural Health recruitment is a plus.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of Provider recruiting is required
- Rural Health recruitment is a plus
Job Knowledge:
- Timely tracking of applicants.
- Creating and maintaining compelling recruitment ads on job boards, social media, organization websites, recruitment platforms, etc.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates.
- Scheduling virtual and onsite interviews, to include effective communication with candidates and ensure a concierge style interview process.
- Facilitation and collection of feedback from candidate interviews and reporting on results.
- Collaboration with HR and Medical Staff Services to efficiently onboard provider.
- Staying up to date on healthcare and provider recruitment, onboarding and retention trends.
- Provider retention strategies and tactics.
- Implementation of creative sourcing strategies and tactics to expand candidate pool and attract highly qualified providers.
