Job Description:
We are working with a Healthcare/Hospital System in Ohio in search for a Hospital experienced Pharmacist to oversee the pharmacy operations within the hospital setting. BS or PharmD, 2+ years of inpatient acute care pharmacy experience is required. Ability to manage multiple projects and effective communication skills are desired. Responsibilities for the Pharmacy Operation Manager:
Responsible for the daily pharmacy operation including staffing, customer satisfaction, and the assessment of employee performance. Assists director in planning, staff development, improving and maintaining quality, and financial performance.
Requirements for the Pharmacy Manager:
- BS or PharmD
- 4+ years of inpatient acute care pharmacy experience is required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and effective communication skills are desired.
