RN Manager-Birthing Center/OB

Our client located near Rocky Ford, Colorado a is seeking an experience RN Manager to oversee the Birthing Center. Reports to the Chief Clinical Officer.   Minimum of 10 years of OB Nursing experience is required.   Prior leadership experience is preferred.   

Job Responsibilities of the OB RN Manager:

• Responsible for keeping all informed of progress and potential problems.

• Responsible for the direction and evaluation of patient care delivery in the assigned department to ensure appropriate patient outcomes.

• Maintains operational aspects of the assigned department.

Minimum Job Requirements for the RN Manager:

• Minimum of 10 years of OB Nursing experience is required.  
• Prior leadership experience is preferred.   
• Graduate from school of nursing with bachelor's degree or to be obtained within 2 years of acceptance.
