Job Description:
We are working with a Healthcare/Hospital System in the state of Pennsylvania in search for a Nurse Manager to oversee OR/Operating Room. Must be a Registered Nurse with a bachelor's degree in nursing and 3+ years of recent operating room experience. Experience in running the daily operations of the operating room and block scheduling.

Responsibilities for the RN Manager-Operating Room:
Assumes 24-hour responsibility for overall operation of assigned area(s). Collaborates with Director in the management of services within the department. Plans, organizes, directs, maintains, and evaluates patient care and unit activities within established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Communicates policies and procedures and departmental and Hospital information to staff, physicians, and customers. Maintains the integrity of the service to meet all accreditation and licensure requirements.
Requirements for the OR Nurse Manager:
Must be a Registered Nurse
BSN, master's preferred
3+ years of recent Operating Room experience
Experience in running the daily operations of the operating room and block scheduling.
