Urology NP/PA Skills Required:
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Indiana or eligible to obtain
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Certification or experience in Urology preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a focus on urological conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment and thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting
