Medical Laboratory Technician / Medical Technologist – Days and Evenings
*Must hold ASCP or AMT certification or be eligible to be considered for this role*
Our client in Southeastern New Mexico is seeking a full-time permanent ASCP Medical Laboratory Technician/Medical Technologist to join their laboratory. A minimum of one year of experience is preferred but strong new grads are encouraged to apply! Ideal candidates will be MT/MLT and hold ASCP or AMT certification to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities of the Medical Laboratory Technician / Medical Technologist:
- Abide by laboratory protocol and procedures
- Provides information for patient diagnosis and treatment by performing laboratory tests in the core laboratory
- Able to use various types of machinery, lab equipment, and complex computer programs to perform the test.
Requirements of the Medical Laboratory Technician / Medical Technologist:
- ASCP certification or national equivalent
- Trained in an accredited MT/MLT program
- Open to taking Call and Weekend rotation
