You’ll work closely with a board-certified Sleep Physician and a team of five ENT specialists, all dedicated to delivering high-quality care across a growing patient population. Position Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage patients with sleep-related conditions such as obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, narcolepsy, and restless legs syndrome
- Order and interpret polysomnography and home sleep studies
- Educate patients on sleep hygiene, PAP therapy, and long-term treatment adherence
- Prescribe appropriate therapies and manage follow-up care
- Coordinate with ENT, primary care, and behavioral health providers as needed
- Document all care in a timely, thorough manner using EMR systems
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current national certification and eligibility for Iowa state licensure
- Interest or experience in Sleep Medicine strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $122,000 – $140,000
- Commencement Bonus provided
