Clinical Hospital Pharmacist-Must Have TX Pharmacy License and Specialty Certification
Our client in North Central Texas is seeking a full-time permanent Clinical Hospital/Inpatient Pharmacist. BS or PharmD in Pharmacy. Texas pharmacy license with 3+ years of clinical hospital experience is required. Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) or specialty certification in area related to assigned duties. Sterile Compounding Certification. Registration as a preceptor with TSBP.
This is a great location to raise a family and is located less than 3 hours from Dallas/Ft Worth.
Responsibilities of the Clinical Pharmacist:
Under the director of the Pharmacy Manager and Director, optimizes patient medications by providing clinical comprehensive pharmacy services. Works collaboratively with the health care team to accomplish goals.
Requirements of Clinical Pharmacist:
- BS or PharmD in Pharmacy
- Texas pharmacy license
- 3+ years of clinical hospital experience
- Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) or specialty certification in area related to assigned duties
- Sterile Compounding Certification
- Registration as a preceptor with TSBP
