Our client near Lacey Township is seeking a Dental Director to join their leadership team! This full-time permanent position offers a Monday-Friday schedule, excellent compensation, and competitive benefits. The ideal Dental Director has five years of clinical experience, a CDS license, a DEA license, and an active New Jersey license!
Key Responsibilities of the Dental Director
- Clinical Excellence: Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and parents on treatment options and proper oral health maintenance, fostering informed decision-making and long-term oral health.
- Collaborative Leadership: Mentor and collaborate with our team of Treatment Doctors, providing guidance and expertise to support comprehensive patient treatment plans.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain current licenses (DDS/DMD, NJ Dental License, CDS license, DEA license) and adhere to regulatory standards, documenting all patient care meticulously.
Minimum Job Requirements of the Dental Director
- Clinical Expertise: Minimum 5 years' clinical experience in a dental practice, demonstrating proficiency in comprehensive care and a commitment to excellence.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and staff.
- Leadership Ability: Desire and ability to serve as the clinical leader of our large multispecialty practice, embodying a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
