Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Director of Corporate Compliance/Privacy Officer in the healthcare/acute care hospital setting in Vermont. Bachelor's degree in business administration or healthcare Administration required. Master's Degree or Juris Doctorate preferred.
CPA or Licensed Attorney required. CHC-Certified in Healthcare Compliance is a plus.
Must have 4+ years of compliance work experience in revenue integrity, billing, finance, coding, auditing and/or a combination. 4+ years of Corporate Compliance and Privacy experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or healthcare Administration required.
Master’s degree in business administration w/ focus in Finance, Accounting or Health Care Administration or Juris Doctorate, required.
4+ years of Corporate Compliance AND Privacy experience.
CPA or Licensed Attorney is required.
- CHC-Certified in Healthcare Compliance is a plus.
Job Summary of the Privacy/Corporate Compliance Director:
The Director, Corporate Compliance/Privacy Officer is primarily responsible for leading the corporate compliance
program, which includes the HIPAA Privacy Program, under the direction of the VP, General Counsel/Chief
Compliance Officer, including managing and implementing the compliance workplan, implementing necessary
policies and procedures, conducting investigation related to detected offenses, and managing the day-to-day
operations of the Compliance and Privacy program. This position is responsible for working closely with key
stakeholders to implement elements of the Corporate Compliance and Privacy Program to ensure compliance with
new and existing federal and state laws and regulations for the Hospital.
