Job Description:

National Hospice/Memory Care Company in search for an experience Executive Director to oversee their facility in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area. Interested candidates must have a with 2+ years of general management in the long-term care environment. A successful track record indicating working knowledge of regulations to managing an assisted living community is also required. Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities of the Executive Director-Assistant Living

  • Provides direction to all community staff and has responsibility for all community operations through key personnel.

  • Promotes effective team building and communication with Associates and across Silverado Senior Living service lines.

  • Administrator is precluded from delegating duties to anyone who is not a designated substitute.

  • Certification for Res Care Fac for Elderly

  Requirements of the Senior Living Administrator

  • Two years of general management in long-term care or related field.

  • A successful track record indicating a working knowledge of regulations relating to managing an assisted living community.

  • One year of experience supervising others to include: setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, promoting collaboration and teamwork, promoting company culture, managing change, providing performance feedback, delegating effectively, resolving conflicts, etc.
