Job Description:
Our client located west of Syracuse, New York is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join to their team. The ideal provider has one year of experience as an NP/PA, is already New York licensed, and can start quickly. This is a full-time permanent position that offers competitive compensation, full benefits, and potential student loan repayment. New graduates may be considered.
Job Responsibilities of the FNP/PA:
- Performing physical exams and patient observations.
- Recording patients' medical histories and symptoms.
- Creating patient care plans and contributing to existing ones.
- Ordering, administering, and analyzing diagnostic tests.
- Monitoring and operating medical equipment.
- Diagnosing health issues.
- Administering medicine and other treatments.
Minimum Requirements for the FNP/PA:
- One year of experience - preferred
- Comfortable working with the underserved population
- New York licensed or eligible to obtain
- Compensation $95,000 - $120,000
Schedule M-F 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
