Job Description:
Our client located in the North Western Massachusetts area is recruiting an Internal Medicine Physician to join their practice. Take the opportunity to join a well-established clinic that has proudly served the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts for over 35 years. This is an 8 provider practice with 5 Physicians and 3 NPs. Monday - Friday outpatient-only schedule. J-1 visa candidates are welcome to apply!
This is a Historical area founded in the late nineteenth century. A wide variety of cultural and artistic venues call the area home. The mountain terrain of the area features lakes, ponds, and rivers which offer an abundance of outdoor and recreational activities.
Responsibilities of the Internal Medicine Physician
- Patients are seen Monday - Thursday: 7am to 6pm, Fridays 7am to 5pm
- Call coverage is one week at a time. Each Physician does 1 holiday week and 4 to 5 weeks per year
- Work collegially with both support and professional medical staff
Minimum Requirements of the Internal Medicine Physician
- Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain
- Board certified in Internal Medicine or Board eligible and certification obtained within 1 year of hire
- All current certifications
