Job Description:
Our client located in northern Idaho is seeking an experienced full time, LCSW to join their growing team. This is the perfect role for you if you are a compassionate individual who thrives in working with the underserved patient population! Work in a collaborative environment with providers who share in the culture of accountability. The ideal candidate has a Master's of Social Work, at least 1 year of experience, and is already licensed in the state of Idaho.
Responsibilities of the LCSW
- Demonstrate knowledge, skill, and cultural sensitivity
- Possess core clinical skills to gather and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are conducive to the needs of the clients and their families.
- Responsible for the timely completion of accurate authorization requests and reporting requirements for Medicaid, and other payers of service. Become familiar with billing requirements and policies.
- Provide assistance and oversight to clients in self-management of their medications.
- Works collaboratively with director, physicians, nurses and staff
Minimum Requirements of the LCSW
- Active LCSW license
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Idaho licensed or eligible to obtain
