Job Description:
Medical Lab Technician / Medical Laboratory Technologist
Our client near Schuyler, Nebraska, is seeking a full-time permanent Medical Lab Technician or Medical Laboratory Technologist to join their Laboratory team. Interested candidates must be ASCP certified or hold national equivalent to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities of the Medical Lab Technician / Medical Laboratory Technologist:
- Abide by laboratory protocol and procedures.
- Comfortable in a high-volume setting.
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment and testing to perform quality control checks and troubleshooting of instrumentation.
Requirements of the Medical Lab Technician / Medical Laboratory Technologist:
- ASCP or equivalent certification required
- AS/BS Degree in Medical Technology or related science required
- Comfortable working in all areas of the lab.
