Oncology Pharmacist-Coastal Florida

Currently looking for an Inpatient or Outpatient Oncology Pharmacist to fill an opening with a large Hospital setting located around the Fort Myers, FL area. This is a dayshift. Interested candidates should have Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree with equivalent and acceptable experience. Recent Oncology pharmacy experience is preferred. Relocation is available.

Responsibilities of the Oncology Pharmacist:

• The pharmacist is responsible for the safe delivery of quality patient care through the following activities: entry, evaluation, and verification of treatment and therapy plans in Epic Beacon; collaboration with providers on new therapies, patient education, drug reviews and formulary presentations, precepting students and residents, monitoring and treatment of therapy related toxicities, as well as serving as a drug information expert.

Requirements of the Oncology Dayshift Pharmacist:

• Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree with equivalent and acceptable experience.  
• Recent Oncology pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Dayshift
