Job Description:
Our client located in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania area is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join their growing team. The practice focuses on quality of care for their patients and benefits are available day one. The ideal provider has at least one year experience, is PA licensed, and can start within four weeks.
Job Responsibilities of the Pediatric Dentist
- Meeting with patients to discuss and treat dental concerns, perform regular cleanings and other preventative procedures, and establish a plan for better dental hygiene.
- Performing dental procedures, such as extractions, root canals, and filling cavities.
- Correcting bite issues and overcrowding.
- Applying helpful agents to teeth, such as sealants or whiteners.
- Prescribing medications for dental problems, such as pain medications or antibiotics.
- Giving clients sedatives or anesthesia prior to administering treatments.
- Ordering diagnostic measures, such as x-rays, models, etc.
Minimum Job Requirements of the Pediatric Dentist:
- Pennsylvania licensed or eligible to obtain
- One year of experience
- LOVES working with kids
