Job Description:
Currently looking for a Physical Therapist to fill an opening with a healthcare system located around the Sweetwater, Idaho area. Interested candidates should have PT experience, and at least, a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy, and should also have a valid ID PT license, or already have started the process of obtaining it.
Requirements of the Physical Therapist (PT) (DPT) (MPT) (Staff Physical Therapist)
- One year of Physical Therapist (PT) experience
- Acute Rehab
- Active/Eligible Idaho Physical Therapist license
- Day Shift - M-Th 8A-5P
- Very competitive base pay with shift and on-call differential
- Must obtain BLS, PALS, and ACLS upon start day
- $15K sign-on BONUS & RELOCATION assistance
- PERM/DIRECT-HIRE PLACEMENT ONLY
Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist (PT) (DPT) (MPT) (Staff Physical Therapist)
- Administers medically prescribed physical therapy programs and treatments to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of body part.
- Directs and supervises employees of the department in the assigned work areas and participates in interdisciplinary care within the department and the hospital.
- Plans Physical Therapy programs for each patient through evaluation and assessment of patient needs, as prescribed by physicians.
- Has the authority to recommend disciplinary action pertaining to employees supervised.
