Job Description:
Are you a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner seeking an exciting opportunity in the picturesque town of Libertyville, Illinois? We are currently looking for an experienced part or full-time Primary Care NP who is also interested in medical weight loss. The ideal candidate is an NP who has 1-2 years of experience in primary care and/or bariatrics. This is an opportunity to join a thriving private group that provides comprehensive healthcare and delivers high-quality patient encounters and experiences.
Responsibilities of the Primary Care Nurse Practitioner:
- Outpatient only
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Half Day on Saturdays (every or every other)
- Call 1-4 shared
- Approximately 30 hours per week
- One or two Saturdays a month required
- Conduct comprehensive assessments
- Diagnosing and treating patients
Minimum Requirements of the Primary Care Nurse Practitioner:
- Illinois medical license or ability to obtain
- Nurse Practitioner
- All certifications active and current
